Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

Starter text for review. This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be checked against your business, your providers and the laws that apply to you before FounderVoice accepts paying customers.

These Terms explain the rules for using FounderVoice, including your responsibilities for the content you bring and the drafts you publish.

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of FounderVoice. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in workspaces you own. Workspace owners decide who is invited and which role each member has.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the recordings, transcripts, writing examples and drafts you bring to FounderVoice. You give FounderVoice permission to process that content only to provide the service to you.

You may only use recordings and transcripts that you own or are authorized to repurpose. Public availability of a video does not by itself grant permission to create derivative content from it.

AI-generated drafts

Drafts are generated automatically and may contain errors, unsupported claims or attribution mistakes. Source links and warnings help you review them but do not guarantee accuracy.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving content before you publish it anywhere. Approval inside FounderVoice does not publish anything.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Use the service to create misleading, defamatory or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to access other workspaces, bypass plan limits or interfere with the service.
  • Resell or automate access to the service outside its intended use.

Third-party services

FounderVoice connects to services such as YouTube API Services, an AI provider and a payment provider. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices, limits and included features are shown on the pricing page and in billing settings and may change with notice.

You can cancel from billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and paid amounts are not refunded except where required by law.

Trial

New workspaces include a limited trial allowance so you can evaluate the product. Trial limits are shown in the app and may change.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using FounderVoice and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, FounderVoice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will indicate the date of the latest version above. Questions can be sent from the contact page.
